MISSED THE WORKSHOP?? Contact us if you are interested in future workshops
This workshop is different from anything we have offered before. It is an intensive two-day training program for a select group of participants looking for a hands-on approach to their specific needs.
Aim of the workshop: The workshop is designed to teach critical facilitation and execution skills in order to successfully conduct a Theory of Change initiative from start to finish. Participants will take part in an interactive program and are invited to bring their specific issues—and their specific Theory of Change projects.
Learning Objectives: Full understanding of Theory of Change as a process and a product—and how it works for planning, team-building, capacity building, securing buy-in, funding proposals, managing an initiative, on-going monitoring, and evaluation. Participants will come away from this workshop with new insight, tools, and materials to bring to their organization. Upon completion, Participants will receive a Certification from the Center for Theory of Change, a ToC Planning Workbook, and all materials used in the workshop.
Methods: Interactive discussion of case studies and best practices, instruction on tools and materials, hands-on exercises in groups as well as one-on-one, individual instruction.
