ActKnowledge provides training and support in Theory of Change generally and TOCO. We offer several training and/or support packages for TOCO that involve phone calls and webinars. We are available as consultants to for program evaluation services, planning services using Theory of Change, and to help you set up monitoring and evaluation systems.

ActKnowledge offers training in the use of Theory of Change as the basis of evaluation and organizational learning systems. We guide you through outcomes definition, developing monitoring questions, choosing indicators, designing data collection systems and instruments, and in using the TOC outcomes framework to assess quality going forward.

Attend an Event
ActKnowledge periodically hosts events at our home location in the City University of New York Graduate Center on Fifth Avenue in Manhattan. In May 2011 we held learning seminars in evaluation for small community organizations, in using Theory of Change for strategy development, and in using Theory of Change for Corporate Social Responsibility.
